The real estate market throughout the Palm Beaches is clearly shifting, but we are not experiencing a decline. We are entering a more disciplined and strategic phase.
The latest market statistics shows the first quarter arrives with positive momentum — with lowering interest rates and continued projections for economic strength supporting upward trends in the market.
After a challenging spring — when new tariffs, a volatile stock market, and elevated interest rates briefly slowed activity — Palm Beach County has experienced a solid recovery.
As summer winds down and families settle back into their routines, our real estate market is showing remarkable strength.

Gone are the days of intense bidding wars and inflated prices. For Sellers, the question becomes, "Is now a good time to sell?"

If you are interested in seeing the market statistics for any area of Palm Beach County, just email, call or text. As we enter the busiest time of our season, we expect many more sales and a stabilization of rising prices.
Thank you once again for trusting us with your real estate needs this year.
South Florida sales activity this summer slowed down significantly compared to the Covid Tsunami of Buyers purchasing all year round from 2020-2023. Summer has always been our slower selling period, and I am happy to report "normalcy" appears to have returned! Friends, these trends are interesting! The market here is definitely returning to a more normal schedule, but that doesn't mean anything else is normalizing.
Times are changing in the real estate business. The Department of Justice investigation and the settlement of a class action lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and many large real estate brokerage firms have resulted in changes coming for Sellers, Buyers and Real Estate Agents in how they sell and purchase homes.
