Little Oaks is a community of 70 single family homes built on large private lots in the northern section of Jupiter. Located off Roebuck Road, the neighborhood is popular for its super-low HOA fees, generous lot sizes, relaxed atmosphere, and safe streets. Most homes in Little Oaks were built in 1985 on half acre lots, and range in size from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet. With no thru traffic and multiple cul-de-sacs, the community is quiet and private without the need for a gate. The biggest perk of Little Oaks is the community boat ramp allowing resident boaters easy access to the Loxahatchee River, Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean. The ramp is available to residents only and makes enjoying Jupiter’s waterways extremely easy. There are a select few homes that back up to the southwest fork of the Loxahatchee River and have private docks. “A-rated” schools, close proximity to I-95, a short drive to beaches and great dining round out the list of things to love about Little Oaks.
