Anita Tauber
Anita first became a licensed real estate professional in 1979. By 1982 she was one of the top agents in the country, in both listings and sales. She has remained at the top ever since. The basic philosophy that propelled her to the front ranks of the real estate industry, and has kept her there throughout her more than 30 year career, is simple -- to be as knowledgeable as possible about the real estate business, to be ethical and honest, and to provide the very best service to her clients. Her boundless energy and unsurpassed reputation have led to more than 90 local, regional and national sales awards and career sales of well over one billion dollars. Anita has listed or sold more than 3,000 homes in her career and has a superb working knowledge of the entire process, from preparing a home for the market, to actually marketing it, to negotiating a contract, to closing the deal. She prides herself on her unmatched knowledge of local neighborhoods and is constantly researching and reevaluating current market conditions. She can list, she can sell, she can negotiate. Anita grew up in Michigan and received her college degree from the University of Maryland. She lived in the Washington, DC metropolitan area before moving to Florida. She currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband, Mark. They have two grown children and four grandchildren. When Anita isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and playing golf.
Davidde Giordano
Davidde Giordano, pronounced (dah-vee-day), was born and raised in Rochester, NY where his family still lives. After graduating from Campbell University in North Carolina with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, where he was the Captain of the Men’s Varsity Golf Team, Davidde became a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. He also competed on several Florida professional mini-tours before turning to a career as a Golf Professional at the prestigious Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY. Winter months were spent furthering his career in the golf industry at exclusive golf clubs in South Florida such as Loblolly Golf Club, Hobe Sound Golf Club and Old Marsh Golf Club.
Davidde brings exceptional customer service and business skills from his 10 years in the golf industry and uses these talents in the care and detail of your real estate transaction. He has a vast network of high level business professionals from all over the country, with whom he maintains contact. Davidde also has a deep passion for art and architecture and enjoys the challenge of matching buyers with their perfect home.
David Murray
David Murray, was born and raised in central Vermont, with aspirations of playing golf professionally. Soon after receiving his BBA, from Campbell University, he became a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA). He moved to South Florida, to become a Golf Professional at the exclusive Medalist Golf Club, the home of several major PGA Tour stars. David remained there for several years which helped him build the strong networking qualities required of an established Real Estate Professional. Now a licensed Realtor, he uses exceptional customer service skills and is attentive to detail during all of his real estate transactions.
The golf industry paved the perfect path for David to be successful in real estate. He is heavily experienced in dealing with business professionals throughout the world. David's vast web of clients worldwide proves essential when searching for ideal buyers and sellers. His foundation of service providers are trustworthy and efficient. Most importantly, David's clients benefit from his professionalism and proficiency through the entire negotiation process of all real estate transactions. David, a resident of Jupiter, FL for several years, has an incredible knowledge of the local market. Ryan Billings
Ryan Billings was born and raised in Boylston, Massachusetts. After graduating from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Ryan became a member of the PGA of America and moved to Jupiter, Florida to pursue a career in the golf industry. Since then, Ryan has worked as a golf professional at several exclusive local golf clubs including Medalist Golf Club and Hobe Sound Golf Club. Ryan is now a full-time Jupiter resident.
His years in the golf club industry have allowed Ryan to fine tune his customer service and business skills. These skills and experiences will shine through in every real estate transaction in which he is engaged. When he's not marketing, networking, or researching real estate, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife-to-be Danielle, and has a passion for exercising, especially running and triathlon.
Ernesto Arroyo
Ernesto attended Bentley University in Boston, majoring in Science and Business Administration. Soon after receiving his degree, he started his professional career as an entrepreneur. He bought a franchise in Montreal, Canada, responsible for selling educational programs to private schools and the department of education. During this time he won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and an award for best franchise in workshop sales.
Ernesto’s real estate experience began as a majority partner in a construction company, buying, rebuilding and selling distressed houses, and conducting international real estate transactions. His passion for real estate brought him to Florida to become a licensed real estate professional.
Ernesto is an avid golfer and, as a former athlete, he enjoys playing volleyball, cycling, and dining. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Ernesto’s entrepreneurial spirit, along with his 15 years in sales and his personal contact network built over the years, has given him the knowledge and skills he needs to provide his clients the best customer service and advice when buying or selling a home.
John Mordente
John’s extensive and varied work experience gives him a distinct advantage in the real estate business – he can analyze situations from many different perspectives and guide clients to a successful result. John started his professional career as a high school social studies teacher. He then sold radio advertising for one of the top broadcast stations in Chicago, became a key member of the sales and management organization of an IT consulting company that was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., and then co-owned a digital imaging company. But it was the acquisition more than 16 years ago of the historic Prairie Farmer Publishing Building in Chicago that ignited John’s love for real estate. As the Managing Partner of JWG L.P., he spent the next seven years improving the building’s profitability until it was sold in 2003. His penchant for real estate firmly established, John joined a subsidiary of Homes Services of America, a Berkshire Hathaway Co., as a licensed Realtor and obtained certifications as a Corporate Mobility Specialist (CMS) and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). He is a recipient of the prestigious Ruby Medallion and Sapphire Medallion awards from Koenig & Strey Real Living.
Over the years, John has developed a diverse client network that includes sellers and buyers in the luxury, second home, commercial, investor and first time buyer markets. To John, client service is all about being a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator, and expert facilitator.
John grew up in Chicago and received his B.S. from Central University of Iowa. He and his wife Susan and their son Charlie live in Breakers West in West Palm Beach. John is licensed in Florida as a Real Estate Broker.
Mark Tauber
Mark is not your typical real estate professional. He does not have a long and storied career in the real estate industry. In fact, he only received his Florida license in 2009. Rather, Mark is a lawyer. He spent more than 30 years practicing law and was a senior partner in a major international law firm in Washington, DC. He represented Fortune 500 multi-national companies in mergers and acquisitions, in financing deals, in litigation, and before Federal and State agencies and Congress. Mark understands business and how government policy can affect markets. He also has a working knowledge of the real estate industry, having been married for 40 years to one of the leading real estate professionals in the country, his wife Anita. Mark was trained by the best, not only as a lawyer, but also as a real estate professional. His life experience gives him a unique perspective on the local real estate market. He can spot trends in government policy, business activity, financing, and interest rates before they affect the market and advise people looking to buy or sell homes how to avoid or take advantage of them. Mark offers significant added value to help you navigate the choppy waters of real estate.
Mark grew up in Michigan and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. His law degree is from the National Law Center of the George Washington University. Mark’s parents moved to Florida in 1967. He and his wife, Anita, have had a home in Florida since 1993. They currently live in Palm Beach Gardens.
Melissa Vargas
Melissa Vargas has worked in marketing for nearly 15 years. From the arts, to retail, to real estate, her experience runs the gamut across many industries. Melissa has executed successful marketing campaigns for a diverse clientele across the country, including performing arts venues and multi-million dollar residential properties alike. Melissa was born in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and received her B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts. Melissa and her husband, Matt, have a daughter, Sofia, a son, Alexander, and a menagerie of animals.
