South Florida sales activity this summer slowed down significantly compared to the Covid Tsunami of Buyers purchasing all year round from 2020-2023. Summer has always been our slower selling period, and I am happy to report "normalcy" appears to have returned! When the calendar hit October 1 this year the sales activity came alive with sales in all price ranges and communities.
