What better way to spend time enjoying the warm Florida sun than in one of Jupiter or Tequesta’s many public parks? There are seemingly endless amounts of parks offered in Northern Palm Beach County, and most of them offer access to the area’s precious waterways. Here are a few of my favorites:
As a resident of Tequesta, I am partial to Constitution Park right here in the Village. Just a short walk or bike ride from Tequesta Country Club, Turtle Creek Club, and homes in Anchorage Point, this family-oriented park is a local favorite. Home to many local events such as the food truck pow-wow, there is always something happening. Children of all ages can enjoy one of two playgrounds, and families can also test their abilities on the public skate park. With a fitness trail surrounding the park, there truly is something for everyone. Constitution Park is located just off Tequesta Drive adjacent to the neighborhoods of Jupiter in the Pines and Tequesta Pines.
Carlin Park is far and away my favorite Jupiter park destination. You could spend days here and not experience all the park has to offer! Just a few of the activities available include bocce, tennis, 2 playgrounds, a fitness walking trail, and saltwater fishing. My favorite part of Carlin Park is the 3,000 feet of guarded beach located just steps from the convenient BBQ pavilions. It truly is the perfect place to spend a day by the beach with family and friends. Carlin Park is located just off A1A in Jupiter near the communities of Ocean Trail, Seabrook Place and the homes in Jupiter Key and Olympus.
Now that you know about these beautiful places, enough reading. Get out there and enjoy them!!
