Dada

Dada opened in Delray in the year 2000 in one of the oldest historic homes called the Tarrimore house, circa 1924. The eclectic interior and revolving artwork compliment the creative cuisine, which is sustainably sourced. Chef Suzanne Perrotto is second generation chef/owner. Growing up in the family business– an Italian Trattoria in New York–Suzanne discovered her passion for cooking. Her newest restaurant, Rose’s Daughter, offers a fresh take on authentic American Italian cuisine. Newly certified in Neapolitan pizza making, Chef Suzanne serves hand crafted, made-from-scratch pies in a rustic pizza oven, plus homemade pastas, charcuterie, cheeses, plus dishes from her mom’s original Italian menu.
