Dada opened in Delray in the year 2000 in one of the oldest historic homes called the Tarrimore house, circa 1924. Chef Suzanne Perrotto is second generation chef/owner. Growing up in the family business– an Italian Trattoria in New York–Suzanne discovered her passion for cooking. Her newest restaurant, Rose’s Daughter, offers a fresh take on authentic American Italian cuisine. Newly certified in Neapolitan pizza making, Chef Suzanne serves hand crafted, made-from-scratch pies in a rustic pizza oven, plus homemade pastas, charcuterie, cheeses, plus dishes from her mom’s original Italian menu.
