Things are Heating Up In Delray Beach this Summer!

After a successful season of the "First Friday Art Walk" initiative (October 2021 - May 2022), and requests from the participants to continue through the summer months, First Friday Art Walk is back for a special Summer Edition!!

 

Taking place on the first Friday of the month from 6pm-9pm, First Friday Art Walk is a night for strolling and discovering the vibrant art scene in Downtown Delray Beach through a self-guided tour of our Art Galleries & Studios. The Annual Summer GreenMarket welcomes you every Saturday, 9am – 1pm, through July 2022, and is located on the grounds of Old School Square in front of the Cornell Art Museum.

The Summer GreenMarket is a Saturday morning destination as an open-air marketplace located in Old School Square Park. Started in 1996 by the Community Redevelopment Agency, the Delray GreenMarket has become one of the most popular and charming aspects of the “season” in Delray Beach. At the GreenMarket you’ll find more than 65 premier food vendors featuring farm-to-fork produce, just picked citrus, tropical fruit and juice, farm fresh eggs, artisan cheese and jams, fragrant baked goods, plenty of gluten-free, vegan and organic products, fresh cut flowers, plants and other unique gourmet fare along with live musical entertainment.

 

Back by popular demand the Downtown Development Authority, in partnership with the Downtown Merchant and Business Association, is hosting Art & Jazz on the Avenue on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 6 pm to 9 pm in downtown Delray Beach. Stroll the West Atlantic neighborhood, known by locals as the SET, in a closed street style format, experience live music, art, culture, and special promotions by retailers and merchants. Fun and free for all ages! Location: West Atlantic Neighborhood: West Atlantic Avenue from W. 3rd Ave to W. 6th Ave.

 

Join 30 vendors on the 1st Sunday of every month through the end of the year at Coco Connections Market. This collaborative eventaims to build community and foster new connections. Their mission is to bring local small businesses together to support one another and the larger community.

 Browse among  local vendors showcasing locally sourced and handmade items, including health and wellness professionals with various healing modalities. Enjoy live music and the beauty of being outdoors in Delray Beach. And that’s not all! Each week, enjoy a free yoga, meditation or fitness class.
